Our tranquil and secluded venue, located just a stone’s throw from the Market Square in Warwick Town Centre, offers you a fantastic choice for a variety of activities.  Hill Close provides you a space to focus, have fun, connect with others and learn.

Whether you are arranging a one-off meeting or event, or looking for a great venue with a fantastic location for a regular workshop or organised activity, Hill Close is a great choice and is much loved by our existing clients.

Our spaces

The Lammas Room with its calming outlook across the gardens and access to the terrace and lawn beyond.

It can seat up to 60 and provides a light and airy space that encourages focus and productivity if you are organising a meeting or giving a lecture.

The Lammas Room is available from 0800-2230 Mon-Sun from October to April. From April to October it is available from 0800-2230 Mon-Fri, and 0800-1030 and 1730-2230 from April to October.

The Bleasdale Room can seat up to 16 people and is available outside of our normal opening hours, both in the mornings from 0800-1030, and evenings from 1730-2230, and provides a more intimate space for smaller activities and meetings. Bleasdale Room availability is not viewable on the below calendar, please contact us to check availability.

You can add use of our small but well-equipped kitchen to your hire for an additional charge. It is well equipped with oven/hob, microwave, water heater and a range of cutlery and crockery and is suited to more simple catering requirements such as cold buffets.  You can generally cater for up to 40 people depending on what items you are using.  Please ask for more details.

Hill Close as a combined venue is a perfect space for events where you want to bring together indoor and outdoor spaces to host group activities, performances, caterers and other activities. 

The outdoor spaces are open to visitors during normal opening hours but can be booked privately outside of these times.

Entrance to our gardens, extra services and prices

As an extra benefit for you as our customer, free entrance to our beautiful historic gardens is included in your hire during our normal Gardens opening hours (click here for seasonal opening days and times). 

We can provide a range of catering services for your convenience, a choice of which can be selected during the reservation process or contact us for more details.

Hourly rates vary depending upon the day of the week and the time of day, we also offer reductions for regular hirers, as a guideline our standard rates are as follows:

Lammas Room

Private/Business Hire £35- £50 per hour.

Non-Profit Hire £20- £35 per hour.

Bleasdale Room

Private/Business Hire £18-24 per hour.

Non-Profit Hire £15-20 per hour.


Private/Business Hire £10 per hour.

Non-Profit Hire £5 per hour.

As we are located next to Warwick Racecourse, Race Days can be busy and limit parking near the gardens. You can check the race days for the current season by clicking here.
