A FREE family event at Hill Close Gardens on Saturday 17th January 2026. Doors open at 5.30 p.m, event from 6pm to 7.30pm.

So we can plan for the number of attendees, we would appreciate if you can let us know if you are coming along by registering your attendance.

This will be a fabulous family friendly evening of Wassail songs, Morris dancing, lantern and drumming procession, tree ceremonies, cider blessing and a Mummers’ play.

Bring your own pots and wooden spoons and bring your own lantern, or children can make their own for £2 before the fun starts.

Refreshments and hot snacks available to purchase.

Unfortunately no dogs allowed at this event and under 16’s MUST be accompanied by an adult.
